What is counselling?
Counselling is provided by an accredited counsellor who has proficient knowledge and understanding of a range of issues and challenges relating to brain injury. Counselling is a process whereby you and the counsellor work together on issues that have affected you and may be causing you anxiety and worry. Counselling provides a safe place for you to identify and explore issues that affects your day to day life, providing time to talk these out in a supportive environment.
