Review of Acquired Brain Injury Services in Northern Ireland


The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is the independent body that regulates and inspects the quality and availability of Northern Ireland’s health and social care services. 

They are currently reviewing Acquired Brain Injury Services in Northern Ireland, which will be to assess how the health and social care trusts are performing against the service standards.

Brain Injury Matters will be assisting RQIA by facilitating focus groups with service users and carers during December 2014.  RQIA will be hosting a focus group on Wednesday 17th December at 12.45pm at Brain Injury Matters - this session is open to service users and carers to share their views and experiences in relation to brain injury services provided by health and social care trusts in Northern Ireland.
